I was charged excise duty at the source and destination and package from India to US took *months and medical prescription amount was charged but no prescription available in the package. After we got prescription from another source and paid excise duty at destination again. No refund was provided till date following up from *months, this is highly frustrating. Escalated to manager, opened ticket in their online portal, calling , doing whatsapp etc, no luck. :(
