I have sent * Tanjore Frames from Bangalore to Srikakulam and marked them as Fragile.
The delivery was delivered to a wrong address. They gave the product without even calling the registered mobile number(mine).
After days of calling out, they agreed to their mistake and delivered the courier, after * days being in a wrong address.
After all this, much to my chagrin, the goods are damaged, and the POC in Srikakulam is very rude and not even taking a complaint. The product costs **,***, I am not sure about the damages.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
