I HAVE COURIERED IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FROM MUMBAI TO GOA FOR THEIR VISA APPOINTMENT CIA PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. COURIER WAS SENT ON *RD FEB**** AND RECEIVED ON *TH FEB ****, BUT DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME INFACT STILL IT IS IN TRANSIT. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR PRIORITY SERVICES YET THEY DELAYED THEIR SERVICES AND REASON WAS DELIVERY GUY CHOOSE ANOTHER ROUTE. THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. DUE TO WHICH APPLICANT HAD THEIR VISA APPOINTMENT ON *TH MORNING AT *AM GOT NO SHOW AND AMOUNT **** WAS TOTAL LOSS AND AS I AM EMPLOYEE IN REPUTED TRAVEL COMPANY AND I HAD TO BARE THE LOSS THAT TOO MISTAKE WAS OF PROFESSIONAL COURIER.
