- Package damaged stolen intentionally Open
We are a sweetmeat brand based in Kolkata and we have been using FedEx since ****. Lately FedEx has been harassing us by not providing up to the mark service.
In the last ** days, I have faced *-* incidents where the package was dispatched timely from our end but the customers did not receive it on time. The ones who did get it on time received either damaged products or products missing from their shipment. I have been trying to contact FedEx both via email and calls but unfortunately they seem to have no time to reply and discuss a proper solution.
The latest incident happened where a shipment was dispatched from Kolkata to Delhi and showed as delivered on FedEx. The customer claimed that they never received the shipment. Upon some cross verification, we found that the delivery person had taken the shipment and marked it as delivered.
Such incidents have become very frequent with FedEx. Because of this I am not only incurring monetary loss but also that of goodwill and trust as a brand.
Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary actions.
