The package was scheduled to deliver on **.**.**** .but it didn't
Though as per as custom generated e mai showing its in the region and in transit didn't even deliver by next day .
As I am a working out of station and a I was hoping to get it by puja vacation I am dissatisfied.
Cause till *.**.**** its not delivered and I have to go back on *.**.****
Moreover , I will not get back at least for two weeks .
If the package delivered by this time then proper checking of the shipment can not be done .
It is going to void my Replacement Policy as the period is * day from DOA .
Moreover neither the parent company nor the FedEx answering any calls provide major worry about the matter .
I am in major incoconvient situation now .
I want to request to delay the delivery for another * weeks so that I can be available and get it properly but they are not listening.
As I placed order as per as my convenience so I am requesting to receive it on those term also .
So again requesting to proper conformation of the status of the shipment and convent delivery as promised.
FedEx should contact urgently to resolve the issue
