My AWB no: is ************. I was assigned Sheetal Chauhan (sheetal.chauhan@fedex.com)
My shipment was deliberately delayed in order to increase my warehousing charges.
I was lied to that Transshipment is not granted but upon enquiring customs told Transshipment was granted upon my request.
Then I was asked to pay Fine by fedex. Doesn't fedex add all the charges and fine in the BOE.
After I paid the amount no body is reverting back. I was lied to and looted. Fedex India scammed me
