I have been following up for my order from last * days *th of June is my tentative delivery date in bitwin I called customer care executives multiple times they told with bigger voice I have to wait till promising date.
Now I called to executive he said on or before **th I should wait for delivery ,am I joker to wait for it. Why you guys not informing well in advance if its gets delay you company irresponsible for getting delay thus im liaise to to file case on consumer forum asinconvenience to me.
**th is order is shipped are your customer service department sleeping with out delivering the product ,where is the order, dispatch tracking, else if your tracking if there is any issue why are guys not intimation to customers.
As per your customer care executive conversation I'm escalating further.
