I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my order (Order ID: FN**********). I placed the order for a shirt on **th September, which I received on **th September. However, I wanted to exchange the size to XL, so I initiated a request for exchange via the app. Since then, the app has repeatedly shown that the exchange is "in process" and might be delayed, with updates expected within *-* days.
I contacted your customer care team, who informed me that the original request was cancelled, and they raised a new exchange request. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred—the app again displayed a delay message, but I received no proper updates. Upon contacting customer support today, I was told that the request was again cancelled by the dealer.
I find it extremely frustrating that I have not been informed of these cancellations, and no direct communication or update was provided. Furthermore, my return option is no longer available in the app, leaving me unsure of how to proceed with this order.
Please resolve this issue urgently by either facilitating the exchange or providing clear instructions on what I can do next. I request a swift resolution as this process has already caused significant inconvenience.
