I ORDERED * PRODUCTS ON AJIO ON **TH NOVEMBER. I DIDN'T LIKED THE PRODUCT SO I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST. I DAILY USED TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS AND SMS THAT DELIVERY BOY IS OUT FOR PICKUP BUT NO ONE CAME AND NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE ON AJIO AND THEY RAISED A COMPLAINT AND EXTENDED THE DATE FOR * PRODUCTS TO ** DECEMBER ****. OTHER PRODUCT DATE WAS ** DECEMBER **** AND STILL NO ONE CAME OR CALLED. I HAVE CALLED AJIO * TIMES AND THEY DIDN'T SOLVED MY PROBLEM.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
