Jazib filed complaint against Ajio on Dec 19, 2024
I have raised a return request on *st December for an order ID FN**********. On *nd December it was picked up by the assigned courier partner and i received a message that it has passed the quality check and Ajio gave me the promised refund date of ** December. After waiting till **th December now they are refusing my refund saying that we have recieved a different product. The courier boy took the original product from my end so what is my fault now? Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.
