Greeting!
It is regrettable that Ajio Customer Service responded in such a careless manner, not even bothering to coordinate or look into delivery-related and return picked issues, which ultimately lost for there customer money.
How will Build a good relationships and trust be developed with Ajio and Jio industry if this type of fraud occurs from a reputable e-commerce like Ajio? and This incident will result in your reputation being tarnished in the eyes of the responsible community.
Please review, as I am your oldest customer in both B*B and B*C. My past purchases and collaborations in your data indicate that you will be disappointing a valuable customer.
Kindly investigate and resolve the issue with Shadowfax Service been picked from me on **st oct I handed over * pant with delivery Boy but he updated * pant which I receive refund rest * pant where missing to receive the refund Pls Kindly look into and do the needful

Note : Please take this seriously. I have taken into the customer service team multiple times, and they have only given me pathetic and lame excuses and moreover disconnected my phone. wich is very very unfair with Customers,

I manually wrote multiple emails to Mr. Vineeth, the senior manager of Ajio, and Ajio customer service,
still date not any rectification and resolution which very unfortunate
