- Not taking item back for return and not refunding amount Open
I have ordered an Apple AirPods Pro online at Reliance digital website on **th August, **** to gift to one of my relative and received the product on **st August. By this time by relative has bought the item somewhere else and did not want it. So I have not opened the seal/cover of the package and kept it as it is in my cupboard and logged in a request with Reliance digital on **rd stating I want to return the product and it is in sealed condition. I have made multiple calls and emails but no one gives me a proper resolution. They say that is mentioned in the terms and conditions that there is no return policy and only replacement can be made if there is damage to the product. However while buying the product no where in the product page or payment page they have highlighted about this clause and it is mentioned somewhere else in their website about the return policy. I need help to return this product and get my money back. The product is intact with the seal and I have the invoice as well.
