Pepperfry furniture - Sub standard quality of product

I had ordered furniture from pepper-fry studio for an amount of *.* lakhs in Feb ****. Considering my request the studio requested and the company agreed to deliver it to my place which is ***km from Bangalore. One of the Sofa set costing Rs.**,*** started to peel off for which I raised the complaint in June **** (within * months). Due to covid they gave lack of staff to look into the issue and after * months from DOP they started saying you are out of warranty (though the warranty was for a year). Then I communicated with pepper-fry studio but they could not do anything and and throughout it was put forward stating covid lockdown and no humans resource to rectify it. The nail on the coffin is when one of the employ called and said upholstery is not covered under warranty which is not mentioned in specific anywhere. I contacted the ombudsman of the company and did not get any response. Due to covid this took a lot of time but I hope this stands a chance to get the refund for the bad quality product.
