Planetspark - Not refund the money and not cancelling emi

I have enrolled my son for this course on *st Feb ****.Due to some personal issues I decided to cancel enrollment on *th. I talked to councilor Ankita Mishra and asked her to cancel enrollment. I called Mr Sannan Ahmed but he did not respond to my calls. I raised support ticket. Their executive told they cannot cancel the enrollment.
I was told there is trial period. But I did not attend single class and asked why can't I get refund. I raised one more ticket But still no response. My emi got deducted on *th Mar ****.
Please help me in getting my money back and cancelling emi.
