Every since I moved to Malaysia, I haven't received a single Uber promo and my friends receive atleast * or * every week, I feel cheated. I have already contacted support for more than * times and they even assured me the issue was resolved but I haven't received a single promo yet. I know the promos are sent randomly but there is no chance that I would not receive a single promo in the last * months? I am a regular Uber user and I deserve it
