I just wanted to let all you caution against using Airtickets at Travolook as an intermediary to book your airtickets. The case goes like this : I booked * air tickets from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on **th July to travel on **th July through their site at Travolook.-++++
Immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn't get through due to some operational reasons. I was promised money refund in *-* working days.
Their standard reply was as follows:
"Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within **-** working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)."
So ** days have passed chasing my refund. Everytime I call them and ask about refund they promise to refund in *-* working days and it never got realized. Now they have also stopped taking up my calls. It's about more than ** days now and I started realizing that these guys are up to something. I started googling on them and found that there are literally hundreds of people like me stuck with this travel agent.
