This is the complaint of one website which is making money. Please stop this everyday **** of people are cheated.
In my case I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on **th June ****, in the name of Sudhirram rao @ the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked and reference number is ********* and after ** mins they called and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund of Rs.*,*** is initiated. but till date they have not refunded the amount. Since it is already one month, whenever I call customer care they will say * working days we will refund but there is no refund till date.
Please do help to get refund of Rs.****/-
