The said item was ordered on *.**.**** via Amazon Gift Card, the estimated delivery was between **.**.**** and **.**.****. On *.**.**** I received a delivery notification from amazon, but no OTP or call from the delivery agent. I have ordered multiple things, and I have always received a call when the delivery person is coing to deliver. Since it is a new apartment, we did not have neighbours at that point, ad the security is also a known person and collects our deliveries when we are not there and hands it over to us. *.**.**** I personally went to the flat and checked for the delivery everywhere, nothing was seen. I have immediately called Amazon that night and raised the complaint, but I was asked to wait until the delivery window is closed(**-**th October). On **.**.**** I gave amazon a call back saying that the item has still not been delivered, I was now asked to wait * working days, which was **.**.****. During this waiting period, I received a mail on **.**.**** from Amazon stating that the seller has left amazon and the product can no longer be delivered(mail screenshot attached). I then called back amazon on **.**.****, and was asked to wait till **.**.**** to raise an investigation, On **.**.****, an investigation was lodged and I was given a call back date of **.**.****. I was unable to call them back on **.**.**** due to personal reasons. I have called them back on **.**.****. On calling them today I get the information that the investigation is complete and they have found that the product has been handed over to me...and hence no refund can be issued, it is a **,*** rupees item, and i have raised a complaint since the day it was updated on their app that the product has been delivered. On our investigation we have found that the seller has done this repeatedly with * other customers and amazon has not helped in their case as well. the seller is a fraudulent seller. Attached is the feedback.
