Amazon - Package not delivered by Amazon

Hi,
I am bringing this to your notice that I have been scammed by amazon and their employees
The product (Order # ***-*******-*******) has been marked delivered without delivering the product.

Upon reaching out to customer they are not helping me and saying it has been delivered to you, but you can call the delivery boy ask him but they denied to do so.
This scam needs to be exposed. Please help me

Amazon has wasted * days , * days waiting for the product and then * days(at the time of writing this) reaching out to amazon customer with no resolution provided so I need compensation for fraud , cheating and wasting my valuable time of * days and mental agony i have to go through by calling and reaching out to amazon customer executive with no resolution.
