My order dated * Nov **** was to be delivered on ** Nov ****. After multiple assurance from amazon, I didn't receive the order and I had to cancel the order on ** Nov ****. Now after one whole day, the order is still not cancelled by amazon and I am not getting my refund.
When I talk to amazon representative, they give me random timeframe everytime which now I don't have any trust in.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
