Very bad experience with Amazon customer service/ Amazon fresh team so far our order was supposed to be delivered on Friday with ** items still has not been delivered. We have been loyal customers for last * years very disappointed by this service. My parents are seniors aged ** retired government officials and have returned from abroad and no groceries at home last * days due to the bad amazon customer service., We will stop using Amazon and file a consumer complaint if the order is not delivered today .
If amazon fresh team has lost our package please reorder and deliver our ** items immediately today , next will take legal action if my order is not delivered today .
