I had flight on Sept **, **** from Delhi to Toronto. Somehow AirIndia did not let me board the flight. I went to the Airindia counter for initiating the refund process. They asked me to email on e-commerce email. I did email * times. No response has been received yet. I called them several times, they have given me * different numbers but no refund till date. There is no responsible person in AirIndia.
