Hello Team,
I am a new customer to Eureka Forbes and purchased below * products on **th June ****....
*)Water Softener-*****
*)AquaGuard-*****
*)Vacuum cleaner-*****
The reason for raising this complaint is, I have tried reaching customer care,social media and Eureka forbes sales rep and *st escalation contact Deepa.Customercare@eurekaforbes.co.in and *nd Escalation contact ceo@eurekaforbes.co.in
but none has solved the mentioned issues at all and I am fed up with all those delayed replies and no solution so far....
I am afraid of how I am going to deal with products in the coming years. The way customer support is functioning.
The sales rep who was responsible is unable to help me out(not sure if sales reps are supposed to respond to customers once products are sold).
*)I am trying to login to Eureka forbes app(Android) but it says no products under my number where as softener and aqua guard are registered under my number
*)I was told the Aquaguard are under warranty of Lifetime service free and made us to buy in hurry.(as offer is valid for only couple of days)-**k
*)I was told the Softener is under * years free service warranty made us to buy in hurry.(as offer is valid for only couple of days)-**k
*)Also I am following up with a demo for the vacuum cleaner but no one has responded.
*)Coupon worth *k is to be received out of which I have received *k.
