App stopped while placing order which led me gave another try. Two orders were placed with same restaurant and they don't have any option to cancel an order. If we want to cancel an order it has to be done before restaurant accept the order which is so stupid because every restaurant accept orders within first two minutes of placing orders.
This App doesn't have any cancellation policy at all. If we cancel an order then also they take entire order amount from us. Worst ever app and worst ever cancellation policy. Swiggy and Zomato atleast let you cancel and refund orders. These stupid company does even refund or cancel order even if the next order was placed due to problems with App rather a mistake from user. If order can be placed then there should be an option to cancel order and refund policy should atleast give half of the order amount. Better you guys steal from people rather than keeping such idiotic and meaningless policies.
