- No Internet Connectivity for last 4 days Closed
Excitel Broadband has been fooling people by charging full amount but not providing services at all.
My internet connection went down *th time in last ** days. Every time it goes up after *-* hours but this time it went down on **-Jul-**** (Sunday) and since then there is no connectivity provided by this ISP.
I have raised ticket which usually says ** hours maximum time for resolution but it is now counting time in negative hours ( -*d **:**:**).
Actions taken till now :
*. Raised ticket on their Mobile Application
*. Dropped direct message at their twitter handle @excitel_rocks
*. Dropped several tweets tagging their handle
*. Called close to ** times to their regional partner.
* . Called their customer service
Due to this issue, my office work is totally hampered not just because my broadband internet is down but I am getting disturbed mentally as I have to call and tweet everyday as mentioned above which disturbs my mind and reduces my productivity in office work.
