I purchased Excitel connection in Jan**** and gave * months of advance and security of ****rs. Recently i shifted to new house in the same location, they advised to take new connection and promised to transfer my balance to new connection. For this, i have raised tickets to transfer my previous balance to my current account and collection of old device and initiate refund. Its been more than ** days and there is no update from them. They only ask to wait and wait. They are pathetic in providing services. Their only agenda is to sell connections and not providing after sales support.
