I Ojaswa Kumar having excitel broadband service connection but more than * days i haven't service. I raised ticket in the first day of disconnection and send mail to customer help & called many times to customer care and informed to local technical person.Local team told me that it will resolve after * day ,* day.They did not anything. I face may problem since starting. My job and work are stuck now. Seem that i left job
