I discontinued using Excitel Internet and they collected the device on **st aug, **** and as per there policy security refund should be credited in customer's account within ** days. Today its *rd Nov, still I haven't received any update on this. I called them and ticket is opened form last ** days and nobody is working on it. Everytime they say wait for ** days. They have escalated the ticket and nothing is being done till now.
