Complaint filed against: Eureka Forbes
I purchased Aqua guard Aquaflow on 12 Nov 2016 from local dealer at Kanpur. It was installed by the company service engineer on the next day. After the installation we told the engineer that the water taste is not appropriate but he said it will be ok after 2 days time. But when after 2 days time the taste did not change we filed complaint. After this many times a service engineer has visited us and tried to fix the taste issue but all in vain. Hence, we want our money back and want to try other brands in the market as Aquaflow seems useless.
