We went to purchase a office chair and adding that we purchased a bean bag which was worth around **** rs
The lady name caller Sitara showed us a product and told you will be getting the whole bean bag and it will be delivered to home address ,when the product was delivered to home it was only cover there were no beans provided when I called they told its issue from vendor we ll provide they provided only * bags for XXXL Bag which was not at all sufficient so I asked to provide the beans to be sufficient for that XXXL cover so I called a lady called Sitara
The lady was too rude and spoke nonsense telling I’m putting this amount from my pocket it’s not a big deal I’ll go waste amount in restaurants I can provide you that with my own amount and was my hand this is not the way to speak to the customer
Miss Sitara please learn talking to customers politely
I need my product as she promised I’m not going to return the product as I have waited for longer time and I personally went and collected the beans
