I had ordered * wardrobes and one TV unit in nov **** for my newly build apartment. The time of assemble I was not present could not see the products. After few days when I visited my flat noticed one of the wardrobes and tv unit colour and quality is very poor. Then in dec I raised complaint with pepper fry customer care and the response was horrible. They simply told me *days return policy. Despite of me chasing up again no one botherd to respond. They simply sold one bad product in the name of * days return policy. Since I informed begining only that its a new apartment bery far from my current location so I won't be present so they just delivered one ordinary product ro me. Horrible experience.
