- Pepperfry Unwilling to Refund/ Replace Damaged Sofa Set Delivered Closed
Pepperfy has delivered a * seater sofa set on Feb *th which was damaged while being delivered and the delivery team were shown the same before leaving the premises and the accepted the damage and reported internally of the same. We in the interim lodged a formal complaint in Pepperfry, technician was assigned and visited our home on Feb*th ,identified the issue clearly,took pictures and videos and mentioned that it is an internal damaged sofa cant be repaired so has to be replaced.He will report this to his backend , with this note to us he left our premises last evening (Feb *th). On feb*th on our further enquiry the customer services team made illogical argument "these kind of damages dont call for replacement" and post that without our knowledge closed the case. We want the below into notice
*. No QC done of the oroducts delivered
*. Forecefull attempt to deliver/retain damaged new products
*. Extremely arrogant and misbehaving customer support
