- Mis Handling of baggage which results in damage of the baggage Unit Open

Hi,
My wife along with * kids was travelling from Bangalore to Jharsuguda on Indigo Airlines *E-*** and with PNR WT*Y*Z. After landing at Jharsuguda Airport they found the Big AT make Trolley is complete broken at one of the corner and the wheel also missing. After they informed the Indigo persons over there and they are just delaying. She has to travel another ***km by road and all are feeling hungry as it was already *:** PM. These people are telling that they will give a voucher for Indigo Airlines. I don't think people who hasn't booked ticket they will prefer again by this kind of mis-handling. Almost after * hr they have given another trolley and they told her to swap at the same time as they want to deposit. The vehicle was waiting outside and these people are just creating non-sense drama. This is really very bad experience with Indigo. Don't prefer at all.
