Crossbeats - Lost smartwatch from their end no response since 3 months

**th April **** - I order * smartwatches from crossbeats.com
**th April **** - One of them doesn't work as advertised, features missing.
I contacted customer support, they asked me to send the watch to their service centre in Brigade Towers, Bangalore and they'll replace it if there's a manufacturing defect.
*st May **** - Watch recieved by Crossbeats via Delhivery
*th May - They deny that they've received the watch
Since then till now (**th July ****) - Making excuses, ignoring messages, "We'll get back to you"
