Crossbeats - crossbeat company denying warranty claim

I am writing to formally complain about a significant malfunction with my Crossbeats Everest *.* smartwatch, which was purchased on July **st, ****, via Amazon (Order ID: ***-*******-*******).
Despite the relatively recent purchase date, the watch's sensors have completely stopped functioning, and there is also a noticeable issue with the crown. These malfunctions significantly impair the usability and core features of the smartwatch.
Upon attempting to seek support for this issue, I was informed via email on July **th, ****, that the device is out of warranty. This response is concerning, as the watch was purchased less than a year ago, on July **st, ****. Furthermore, my subsequent attempts to get a clear explanation as to why the device is considered out of warranty have gone unanswered. I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the warranty period, or a manufacturing defect is present.
I kindly request an immediate review of my case and a re-evaluation of the warranty status. I expect a resolution that aligns with consumer rights and the expected lifespan of a product purchased within the last year.
Please advise on the next steps to facilitate the repair or replacement of my Crossbeats Everest *.* smartwatch. I can provide proof of purchase and any other necessary details upon request.
