Crossbeats - Crossbeats given old product during warrenty period

The original watch quality was very poor and company picked up the watch. But somehow delhivery courier service changed the original product. The company said that not possible to give watch. Company arranged the picked up courier then what is my responsibility if delhivery service changed it the how can I ensure that.ultimatly they said provide a new watch. But when I got the watch I found this is different watch and old one also. But company claiming that this is new one.
