Crossbeats - Defective Watch no after sales service

I have purchased smart watch from Crossbeats. The major feature of this watch is that it is swimproof(Waterproof) till ** meters. After * months I used the while swimming & it got switched off. I sent email to crossbeats support team & they asked me to send the watch back. The watch reached their Banglore offfice on **th November **. From then till today **th Dec **, I have not received any reply from them regarding status. They do not have any contact number so that we can speak with them. They have whatsapp number, but no response from there as well. I am attaching the email communication for the same as evidence.
This is clearly case of cheating the customers.
