I had purchased Crossbeats Arc earbuds from Amazon for ₹*,***. The product comes with a *-year warranty. I am currently facing an issue where the earbuds are not charging with the case, making them unusable. Since the product is still under warranty, I reached out to the Crossbeats support team to initiate a warranty claim.
I followed all the steps required by their team — including sharing the product details, date of purchase, and the invoice. After completing the process, I received an assurance from their support team that a resolution would be provided within ** hours.
However, it has now been over two weeks, and I have not received any proper response or resolution. I have sent several follow-up emails, but no action has been taken to address the issue.
After reaching out multiple times, their team responded via email, stating that they are unable to provide any solution as the product is out of warranty, which is factually incorrect. The product comes with a *-year warranty, and my date of purchase is **/**/****, which is also clearly mentioned in the invoice. Despite this, they are denying the warranty claim and refusing to provide any support.
