I have been using this company service for last * months and I have already registered over ** complaints with them for internet connection issues. I have also payed ₹**** to renew the plan as I have a work from home. However I am still facing the same issue after all this complaints they have not fixed this issue. I asked them to refund so I can choose some other company they are saying no refunds. My company will not allow me to work if my internet is not working so I am in a verge of losing my job. I need you to help me out. Plz
