- Information incomplete on the website and then incomplete delivery Closed
I wanted to order * wardrobes. I liked a particular one and wanted to order three pieces of it. I wanted to know how much it weighed. I called the customer service and asked them. He said he does not have it and it is very good quality. Anyways later (** hours later) I was told it is ** kgs. It is too light for a * door wardrobe. But the order was done and money was paid. I think they wilfully hid this information. I also ordered an almirah with sliding doors. The goods were delivered. The almirah with sliding doors was damaged. We asked for replacement. They said you can return it but we cannot replace it beacuse it is last piece. I went to the website I can still order it. When I called back they said you do not understand. The almirah was returned. Next the * door wardrobes were delivered. Two days later the service guy came and figured that the handles and screws do not match. This was on Monday. It is Friday today and I am being told one story after the other. Now it is seven days since delivery and I am not even able to return it. I think there is no understanding about the customer. They are only being non-helpful and cheating the customer. I am highly disappointed. When I ask for a manager I am told that that cannot be done. What an anamoly managers are protected consumer is not. Processes are more important that serving the customer.
