- Indigo didn t allowed to Board Flight and Not refunded Money Open

Hello,
I'd like to file a complaint against Indigo, because they purposefully not allowed us (* members) to board the flight where as we have reached the counter *hr.**min. before. Also not refunded the amount.
They did * of my baggage weight measure and put the tag, within a minute, they refused to board all of us
Could you please help me with this?
