- Incomplete installation done Closed
On ** April I purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier from a dealer named Harsha which was to be installed on ** April. But not until ** April and after multiple calls the engineer finally attended. However, he did not complete the installation stating some parts are missing and he would return the same evening. When no one turned up until ** April, I opened a support case. I was promised someone would attend me in ** hours. Also, an engineer was allocated to my service request. At first, the engineer kept delaying installation stating the part is out of stock until one day he started avoiding my calls. Since then I have multiple times escalated the service request, every time with a promise of ** hrs. I also wrote them an email to their support address. I finally gave the following up and requested a complete refund. However, the response from the company has been the same. I am promised a call back from backend team within * hrs but no one returns a call. I am now again on a support call and the representative has placed the call on hold for more than ** mins just to avoid my call.
I suggest everyone, please don’t buy any product from this company. Their support is pathetic. They only are concentrating on selling something with no after support what so ever. Disgusting!
