I ordered a carpet from pepperfry.com on ** Feb **** which was delivered to me on ** Feb. I checked the carpet and found that it is shorter than the size mentioned in the size and also one of the edge was not straight. On ** Feb I put the return request for the carpet on the site. I received a call from Ms. Sheetal about the issues and she told me to send a mail for the issues with *-* complete picture clearly showing the issues. I sent the same and after this I am just following them up for picking up the product. Above all they have their numbers just for the sake of giving it nobody picks them or the line is busy
