- Hotelier decline to check in and Goibibo doesn't respond Closed

I book hotel Krishna Kunj , Kota through Goibibo in price of Rs * at *-*-**** for *-*-**** to *-*-**** . I was thought that it is a offer or something ... They send me confirmation mail and msg that my room is confirm booked ... But when I call hotelier for my booking they said that there was no booking .. than I called Goibibo costumers reception they said that was a technical issue ... And they can give me refund ... But Goibibo technical issue cost me a new hotel booking **** rupes . If I book that hotel on *-*-**** I get that hotel in half price ... That is very unfair behaviour of Goibibo....
