- Hotel golden tulip, goa is not providing invoice Closed
i made booking at golden tulip, goa through make my trip, Booking ID nh*************. i received a booking voucher from mmt saying that "please inform for gst invoice at the time of check in & collect at hotel check-out" but when i informed the hotel, they refused to share any gst invoice. hotel manager said that invoice would be shared by mmt. when i did contact the mmt, they said that guest need to update his gst no. while making booking or else he is not liable for any Invoice. both, hotel golden tulip & make my trip is cheating the customers and government of india by not providing proper gst invoice. please help me to get the gst invoice from hotel and mmt.
