GOFIRST AIRLINES - Extra amount of INRpaid for extra luggage not refunded

My husband recently travelled via your airline on July **th, **** via *:** AM flight G*- ***, with PNR number P*GRJB. At the time of check in, as he was carrying extra luggage, he had to pay an additional amount of INR *****/-. He made a cash payment of INR **, ***/- and didn't have cash or card or UPI to make additional payment, so called me to do the payment on his behalf for an additional amount of INR ****/-.
Twice their staff sent me the QR code and the moment I did the payment, there was this "Response Time out" received from your system, while the money got debited from my account. On third attempt, I did a paytm payment to your staff Miss Nancy Bhatt on her paytm number for an amount of INR ****/-, after which she was able to proceed ahead with my husband's checkin process.
She and her manager confirmed that as there was this time out done at the time of first * online payments, the amount will be credited back to the source of payment (My paytm account) within next ** hours.
Its been ** days now and despite calling the staff multiple times and writing to them via email, I still don't have the amount credited to my account. They just keep assuring that the amount will come within next *-* days or *-** days and the days just keep getting extended without any action getting actually taken to process the refund. Very disappointed. Please help me get this amount of INR ****/- refunded. I can't waste any more time trying to get my own money back from them coz of a glitch in their system.
