I have requested to renew my Hathway Broadband connection on the *th of October, they asked to make payment to initiate the process and the connection will be installed within ** hours. After ** hours I tried to connect with customer care but there is no option to contact them if you already booked a connection and if you will choose to speak to the support team for a new connection and ask them that you book a connection but it is not installed then they will not respond and you have to cut the call. My connection needs to be installed in Ghaziabad location and after a week they have forwarded my request to Delhi. Its been a week I cant followup with anyone on this issue and my connection is not installed.
Hathway has to activate my connection today only and they have to pay me the amount I have paid to book for a new connection from another ISP.
