I am Customer of Hathway since ****. My plan is ** mbps. As due to lockdown I am working from home & I have faced may issues like it frequently net got disconnect, freeze for *-** sec. & ping issues. From last *-* months I have made complain *-* times. No response or reply come from Hathway team. Poor network connection & Worst Service by Hathway.
