- Gtpl not responding or solving the issue Open
gtpl is our internet provider from December **** and from that month I am facing the issue on frequent basis. Still I am being patient not complaining for that but currently due to covid** me and my wife are working from home and it has been * days gtpl is not resolving the issue. Also when ticket has been raised, gtpl doesn't even take a followup whether the issue has been resolved or not. They are directly closing the complaint. No authorized person to contact. Their customer support is pathetic,they don't even know how to address customer in frustrated situation. Please help as we are working from home and our company will not listen to us.
