Crossbeats - Got Defective Earphones

I've ordered this CROSSBEATS TORQ wireless earphone on **/**/**** from CROSSBEATS India, when I received the product on **/**/**** and I opened the product from the box and I saw that the product was used so that I've placed a return order on the same day and now it's been more than * months but I haven't received any refund from them. also, I've sent nearly ** plus emails but every time I got the same answer from them your issue is still under process, I mean seriously this is like bull shit. so I request you to take strict action against this company and help me to get my refund back and I have attached all necessary documents in the attachment section.
